This article presents information regarding the Union for Radical Political Economics (URPE) 2001 Summer Conference to be held from August 18-21, 2001 at Camp Chinqueka, Bantam. Theme is "Who's Losing Out?" Every day, the majority of people, both in the U.S. and overseas, are losing out. But the pro-globalization forces claim that capitalism is good for everyone. At this summers conference, URPE will try to expose this monumental deception, while offering alternative economic models that promote inclusiveness, accountability and social justice.
