The article reports on certain conferences and projects that were held recently. Indonesia Human Rights Network Kick-Off conference was held on February 23-25 on "Indonesia: A Human Rights Agenda." Panel discussions and strategy sessions on democracy in Indonesia and changing US foreign policy toward the archipelago, was the main theme. Economy Connection, a project of the Union for Radical Political Economics, can provide a speaker for a political or educational event, or someone to discuss economic questions informally with a few members of your community organization, union, political group or classroom.
