The article reports the happening events from across the United States. Amy Goodman, WBAI Radio's award-winning reporter, and co-host of Pacifica's radio program Democracy Now!, speaks on Post-Election 2000, Democracy Now: The Future of Political Activism and Democracy, on Saturday, November 18, at NJ Peace Action's Annual Winter Luncheon in Montclair. The article invites all concerned to join scholars, organizers and activists from around the country and Mexico for an International Border Summit to help forge a plan of action to address the human rights crisis affecting undocumented immigrants on December 8-10, in Tucson, Arizona.
