This article reports on international political issues. The post-war scenario of Serbia in contexts of lifting sanction against Serbia has been discussed. After the defeat of Slobodan Milosevic in the war the Bosnian Constitution was trying to exonerate him. As a special envoy to Cyprus, Diplomat Richard Holbrooke has been hobbled by the U.S. White House's natural inclination toward Turkey. The U.S. cannot pressurize Turkey, any more therefore the negotiations at Dayton doesn't seem to work in eastern Mediterranean. Instead, European diplomats complain that he has tried to press them into admitting Turkey to the European Union.
