The book "How to Run a War," by Bruce Winton Knight is directed to the Upper Classes, and Knight makes it very clear that such persons as ministers, university professors and the like are not included in this group, no matter how much they may delude themselves into thinking that they are. Unlike most volumes written exclusively for the upper classes, Knight's book represents a thorough and commendable research job. Not until the final chapter the author assumes a great deal regarding the sustained literacy of the Upper Classes.
