Indo-China: A Vietnamese Speaks

Few people in the United States realize what a headache the Indo-Chinese struggle is for the French. It not only threatens France with bankruptcy but it makes little sense from the viewpoint of European security. The officers who constitute the cadres of the French army in Indo-China amount to as many as will be required for the ten divisions France has promised to contribute to NATO. This article presents several issues related to Indo-China form a Vietnamese point of view. The article throws light on the present situation in Indo-China.
