The article presents information on bill related to campaign finance reform. When the U.S. Congress comes back from its February recess, it is scheduled to rerun another episode of Campaign Finance Reform Turns. The U.S. Senate Republicans and Democrats had deadlocked on the issue in October, with the Democrats managing to inconvenience majority leader enough that he promised to hold a full debate by March 6. Campaign finance reform is not going to happen until incumbents believe that there's a high price to pay for saying no to reform.
