The article reports on some recent events related with the U.S. The Socialist Summer School'99 will be held on June 17-20 at DePaul Center, Chicago, Illinois. The Review of Radical Political Economics is publishing a two-part special issue in memory of David Gordon on March and December. Gordon was a founding member of URPE, a political activist, a labor educator and a teacher at The New School's graduate program in political economy. The articles presented in the special issue reflect his wide-ranging legacy and commitment to social justice.
