The article presents information about various publications. Author Herbert Spencer's papers on "Sociology" are to appear in the form of a book during the coming autumn, and people may say for them in advance that they will form one of the most important books of the year. The recent convention of women adjourned without taking any notice of an attack which the accomplished secretaries of that body might well have been directed to throw into the form of a Syllabus of Condemned Propositions, to be used as a guide by the faithful in all lands.
