The article discusses the student movements in the United States and the plight of one Vietnam War veterans at the hand of state judicial system in addition to highlights of medical crisis due to U.S. President Ronald Reagan administration budget cut. The student movements and the social insurgencies should be analyzed in terms of chaos rather than cause and effect, the author reasons. Wayne Felde, a Vietnam War veteran, suffering from PTSD fell victim of state judicial system. He abhorred the idea of asking for clemency before politically motivated bureaucrats rather he wanted the dignity of the recognition of his efforts.
