This article presents information several books which will be brought out shortly by various publishing companies. Some of the books which will be brought out by Harper & Bros. include: "Studies From the Great Poets;" "Art in America." It is also informed that Fords, Howard & Hulbert will be the American publishers of the sumptuous English work called "The Lives and Portraits of the One Hundred Greatest Men of History." An exhibition of the works of the late William Morris Hunt is now open at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, and will close on December 15, 1879. The catalogue, which embraces no less than 200 oil-paintings and 121 charcoal-drawings and pastels is adorned with a fine photograph of this lamented artist.
