The article focuses on the attitude of political parties in Great Britain. Each of the two great parties is desiring to make the other it cat's-paw on the Irish University Questions. The disestablishment of the Irish Church recommended itself to an awakened sense of justice in the English people. The article also focuses on the documents available in Great Britain on the history of France. These documents come down as far as the year 1515. It is very interesting to study English Queen Elizabeth in these documents, and especially her relations with France.
