This article focuses on the social and political issues in Scotland and Paris. The County of Edinburgh is probably the most important constituency in Scotland, and is overshadowed by territorial influence. Statesman William Ewart Gladstone has been proposed as a candidate for this constituency. The college of Paris are not dependent on the Municipal Council, they are governed by the University of France. The city of Paris supports a few high-schools and a large number of primary schools. Paris has a college similar to the University colleges, called Collége Rollin. This municipal college nearly meets all its expenses.
