The article presents information on political developments in France. Last year the Chamber of Deputies nearly overthrew the ministry of Prime Minister M. de Freycinet, without intending to do so. It was very difficult to govern the French Chamber of Deputies. The most important reason was that the majority of deputies have evinced certain unfortunate tendencies, such as errors of judgment, and irregularities of political conduct. The article suggests that the right which every deputy has of introducing bills has been absurd. So, there is need for some reforms in legislative domains in the country.
