The article presents information on the financial crisis in France. The new cabinet in France has inherited a very delicate situation as the country is going through an extraordinary financial crisis which is almost a social crisis. It affects the great part of society. This cabinet will live by the fear which the scrutin de liste has created in the ranks of the majority; it will live by the fear of a possible return of Gambetta, by the alarm which his active foreign policy has created in the community.
