The article presents information on several events related to art, music and recreation. John Sayles, on of the premier independent filmmakers, will discuss his acclaimed movie about the U.S.'s urban life on October 30, 1994 at Cinema City, Connecticut. There will be an exhibition of poetry on role of language in making and breaking of peace during September 30 to November 26, 2004 at the Peace Museum, Chicago. There will be a painting exhibition on paintings of Roxie Munro, whose paintings are richly colored depiction of urban architecture. the event will be held during November 15, to December 15, 1994 in Manhattan, New York.
