The article discusses developments in the publication and publishing industry. Harper & Bros., a publishing company, will publish directly "The Wonderful Adventures of Phra the Phoenician," by Edwin Lester Arnold. "A Washington Bible-Class," by Gail Hamilton, is in the press of D. Appleton & Co. Kegan Paul, Trench & Co., will bring out "The Last Colonel of the Irish Brigade," a historical work, based on family papers, by Morgan John O'Connell. The article also presents news from the publishing industry.
