The article presents information on the book "Autógrafos de Cristóbal Colón." The book contains a selection of documents from the archives of the house of Alba, Italy, which are of great value for the history of Spain and the other nations of the Europe during the fifteenth, sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. There are checks of the year 1504, signed by Christopher Columbus, a Spanish explorer, and drawn in payment of ship-stores and sail-cloth. The material of the book is on the whole interesting.
