The article provides information on some recent developments in the field of art. Cassell & Co. promise for May 15, 1911 Royal Academy Pictures and Sculpture, 1911. Author G.K. Chesterton's William Blake is a pungent little book devoted almost exclusively to the man and his ideas, and deficient on the side of his art. Chesterton insists upon the solidity of Blake's character. In the course of excavations at Welwyn, Hertfordshire, England, two prehistoric graves were discovered which contained objects of great importance. Archaeology has suffered a severe loss in the death of professor Reinhard Kekule von Stradonitz, who died in Berlin, Germany.
