This article presents information on the book "Mesopotamian Archaeology: An Introduction to the Archaeology of Babylonia and Assyria," By Percy S.P. Handcock. This work is a welcome addition to the handbooks of archaeology. It is the first systematic attempt to gather together, within a reasonable compass, the archaeological material resulting from the excavations in Assyria and Babylonia. The author has done his work conscientiously, covering the life, the art, the industries, and the sciences, in fact, the whole field of the archaeology.
