The article focuses on the fall of ruling dynasty in Bavaria, Germany. The feeling among the masses of the people in Bavaria was very strongly anti-war. According to different press reports repeated mutinies broke during the course of the war in the Bavarian regiments. Anti-war feeling was displayed also by the attitude of the Bavarian press. At a monster demonstration at Munich, Germany, Kurt Eisner, a Bavarian leader, proclaimed the Bavarian republic. On the night of November 8, 1918, the representatives of workingmen, soldiers, and peasants gathered in the Assembly Building of Bavaria, organized the Workmen's, Soldiers' and Peasants' Council.
