The author presents his views on the role of U.S. President Woodrow Wilson, in the peace conference at Versailles in France, at the end of First World War. The presence of the U.S. President in the great assemblage will be the symbol of the U.S. participation and responsibility. It is reported in the newspapers from various parts of Europe that the preliminary secret parleys will make the actual settlement and the conference will ratify the results, calling in the neutrals and defeated powers to agree to the arrangements already made.
