This article presents a list of several forthcoming books. John Galsworthy will bring out, through Heinemann, a new volume of essays, "The Inn of Tranquillity." Publishing company Putnam is about to issue "The Power of the Federal Judiciary Over Legislation," by J. Hampden Dougherty. "A Man's World," a novel of New York life by Albert Edwards, will be brought out this month by Macmillan. Among the forthcoming books of Longmans Green & Co., are "Miriam Lucas," by Canon P. A. Sheehan; "Catherine Sidney," a novel by Francis Deming Hoyt.
