Publicity as a Recognized Business Force

This article highlights the importance of publicity in business promotion. Publicity has long been recognized as a business force; previous to the great war, however, Americans had not realized its value as a national and patriotic force. It is only within the last one or two years that public men have come to see that progress and publicity are inseparable. One can have publicity without progress, but one cannot have progress without publicity. It has been only since the outbreak of the present war in Europe that the far-reaching power of organized publicity has been appreciated.
