The article present the list of authors who have made their contribution to November 1918, issue of the journal "The Nation." Observer is a student of labor movements and international politics whose discussions of European problems in a series of letters to the New York Evening Post during the past year have attracted wide and favorable attention. S. Zimand, who is now connected with the economic division of the New York Public Library, studied in Germany and France before the war. He has already brought out "Militarism," a translation of an earlier work of Karl Liebknecht's.
