The article presents information about books. Haper & Brothers will publish "The Kaiser as I Know Him," by Arthur N. Davis. Henry Holt & will publish the book "Home Book of Verse," by Burton E. Stevenson. September publications of Frederick A. Stokes Company have been announced. G.P. Putnam's Sons have announced that "The Devastation of Europe," by Wilhelm Muhlon which will appear under the title "The Vandal of Europe. Scholar Robert Withington's investigations in the field of pageantry were begun at Harvard University and his volume, "English pageantry. An Historical Outline. Volume I," is handsomely printed with illustrations by the Harvard University Press.
