The article presents information about the book "America Among the Nations," by H.H. Powers. Readers will find in the present work qualities of critical insight. The book falls into two parts, the first of which is a rapid summary of development in the United States, from colonial times, in the sphere of external and foreign relations, while the second surveys the present position and future problems of the United States with regard to the larger questions of international politics arising out of the war.
