Gantvoort; "Outlines of Music History," by Clarence G. Hamilton; "The Story of the Flute," by H. Macaulay; "Advice to Violin Students," by Wallace Ritchie; "The Art of Tone Production on the Violoncello," by Emil Krall. For more than twenty years Arnold J. Gantvoort has lectured on the history of music to students of the Cincinnati College of Music.
