Further evidence that the teaching force in the U.S. is awakening to the importance of the Spanish language is shown by the publication of "Hispania," a magazine issued quarterly at Stanford University by the American Association of Teachers of Spanish. A notable little volume is the "Airy Nothings" of George Gordon. It is the work of a devoted and exceedingly capable Shakespearean in which intimate knowledge and common-sense are most felicitously blended. The merit of C.E. Bechhofer's book "Russian Anthology in English" lies in its offering good reading matter in exceptionally adequate translation.
