The article presents some political documents. One of these is a draft of a plan for a League of Nations drawn up by the German Society for International Law. The draft states that the object of the League of Nations is to secure a lasting peace, based on the moral power of right and the independence and inviolability of all states, and to promote the welfare of the peoples by common work. Some compulsory measures of the League are in particular the imposition of an indemnity, breaking off diplomatic relations by the other states and economic measures of compulsion on state violating its obligations.
