This article literally appraises the book "The Peace and America," by Hugo Munsterberg. This most recent of Professor Munsterberg's many books is a protest against America's exportation of munitions of war and against America's partisanship for the allies. The war brought this country a great opportunity to stand for peace and humanity by preserving strict neutrality in both action and judgment, and America, in Professor Munsterberg's opinion, has sadly failed.
