The article focuses on the book "The Enforcement of International Law Through Municipal Law in the United States," by Philip Quincy Wright. Wright in his book has not discussed this preliminary question in regard to the enforcement of international law, but has confined himself to a study of the measures which the U.S. has adopted to compel its citizens and others found within the confines of its jurisdiction to observe what Wright calls "supra-national" law. The language employed has the precision and force which can be associated with the best judicial writings.
