The Russian Social Revolutionists

The article presents statements, defining the attitude of the Russian Social Revolutionary Party toward the Bolshevist and counter-revolutionary movements in Russia, which are translated from a collection of documents recently published in Paris by representatives of the Social Revolutionists. It focuses on the Moscow Conference of the Organizations of the Party of Social Revolutionists on the Territory of Soviet Russia. According to a statement, the catastrophic condition of the economic life of Soviet Union places the toiling masses of city and village, and, above all, the city proletariat, in an unbearably difficult situation, threatening them with physical and cultural extermination.
