The article focuses on various developments related to world politics. The Swedish Parliament on December 18 adopted, with the concurrence of all the parties except the Socialists of the extreme Left, a draft of Constitutional reforms prepared by a special Parliamentary commission. In another development, a detailed scheme of organization for a league of nations, recently drawn up under the direction of the German Society for International Law, was published in part in the "London Times" of February 3. Also, the formation of a new political party in Italy-the Italian Popular party-announced on January 19, marks a departure from political traditions.
