This article focuses on various books. Alexander Kerr's translation of the book "The Republic," is much more than a political treatise. It is, in some sort, a drama-perhaps a poem, some parts of it are prose poetry at its best. Montrose J. Moses's book "Representative British Drama, Victorian and Modern," contains sixteen plays, selected as fairly illustrative of the changes, in character and methods, of the English dramatic product during a period of ninety years, from 1820 to 1910. In the book "Experiments in International Administration," Francis Bowes Sayre has made it his task to collect, classify, and briefly describe the many international agreements and organizations of the past hundred years that have involved actual administrative machinery and responsibility.
