The Siberian organizations of the Russian Social Democratic Labor Party have addressed to the labor organizations of Allied countries appeal against intervention in Siberia. The laboring masses and peasants live under the constant threat of execution without trial or inquiry. Throughout Siberia whole villages are destroyed by artillery fire, in accord with the best usages of military art. Ceaselessly the whip lashes in the hands of the reactionaries, who are drunk with power and who are openly striving to establish a Czar and order.
