The "Czecho-Slovak Korrespondenz," has published an official statement of Czech foreign policy. Reprinted in the article is a "précis" made by "The Cambridge Magazine" from the "Neue Freice Presse" of July 15, 1919. Emphasis are given fro having a clear and precise economic policy, with the recommendation of making Prague the diplomatic center of the entire Europe. This means that the significance of Vienna and Budapest must be considerably reduced, and that the aim of the country's national policy must be to gain political and economic ascendancy over both.
