September 6, 1919 issue

add to cart   close window

That the reactionary tendencies of General Anton Denikin have been disquieting even to the representatives abroad of the old regime is evident in the exchange of telegrams between Prince Galicia Lvov, president of the Russian Conference in Paris, and Denikin. The texts, originally published in the Kouban newspapers, are reprinted from "l'Humctmité," (Paris) for July 12. The telegraphed address of Prince Lvov is given in the article.
