The article presents information on the book "The Craft of the Tortoise," by Algernon Tassin. This book is in the form of a play in four acts. The source of this play in Tassin's mind was some moment of extreme irritation over the modern American woman. But to jump to the conclusion, as many would at once, that he is an anti-feminist, would be quite erroneous. His case against woman is that she herself is not feminist enough. His accusation is, in plain language, that she wants to eat her cake and have it too.
