The article presents information on several plays. Some of them are "The Torches," by Henry Bataille, the plot, in brief, centers upon the career of a professor, a scientist who has discovered a serum that bids fair to check the ravages of cancer and who, before the play ends, is the recipient of the Nobel prize. "Chu Chin Chow," created sensation in New York. "Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves," by Oscar Asche, "The Wip," "The Wanderer," "Experience" and the "Scheherazade."
