This article focuses on the report of the Milner Mission to Egypt, which covers the work of the mission in Egypt and its provisional conclusions as to the causes of disorder and unrest, before and after the war and as to the extent of the Nationalist movement. The untoward events in Egypt itself and the restless and revolutionary spirit throughout the whole world, which has had a strong repercussion in that country, have undoubtedly been grist to the null of the extreme section and have given a more sinister character to the Nationalist movement.
