The article presents information on practical politics. Arthur Ponsonby, has announced that the present Government will hereafter submit to the House of Commons all agreements, commitments and understandings which might bind the nation to any specific action. Oswald Mosely's decision to join the Independent Labor Party brings to that organization one of the ablest and most promising young men in England, whom some are already describing as a future Prime Minister. Legislators of Mississippi recently listened to a statement from a group of Negro leaders which described conditions of servitude and injustice existing in the State.
