In this article, the author focuses on the book "To the Foot of Rainbow," by Clyde Kluckhohn. With one comrade, another college youth sent on a mission like his own, Kluckhohn packed through the region of northern New Mexico and Arizona, southern Colorado and Utah, just to set eyes on the country and its people, and for the sake of high emprize determined to find and view the Rainbow Bridge of southern Utah, one of the many natural wonders of an unexampled land. There is a start from Gallup, New Mexico, where the fable of the Rainbow is broached, for it is, here, half fabulous.
