The article presents information related to social and political issues of the U.S. It states that just as was the case two years ago it was an election by disgust. Once more the electorate turned rascals out, but never before in the U.S. political history has there been so startling and so widespread a reversal of an over-whelming verdict rendered only two years before. No one would have ventured to suggest then that within twenty-four months New Hampshire, Oregon, Washington and Kansas would be carried by Democrats and a Democratic Governor elected in New York by a plurality of more than 400,000. It also states that the impossible has happened. Farmers and labor have got together and a new party has been born.
