The article presents information on awards that were given to editors of various books and magazines. Julian Harris, editor of the "Enquirer-Sun" of Columbus, Georgia was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for meritorious and disinterested public service. Thomas Boyd, author of "Through the Wheat," who spent part of the past winter in Columbus, contributed to the "Forum" an article entitled "Defying the Klan and Mr. Charles F. Pekor, Jr.," head of the Pekor Iron Works, of Columbus, Georgia, a former Texas journalist, wrote for the "American Mercury" an article entitled "An Adventure in Georgia."
