The article presents brief analysis of several books. Some of the books are: "Occidental Interpretations of the Far Eastern Problem," by H.G.W. Woodhead, H.K. Norton and Julian Arnold; "Oriental Interpretations of the Far Eastern Problem," by Count Soyeshima and P.W. Kuo; "China and the West: A Sketch of Their Intercourse," by W.E. Soothill; "Why China Sees Red," by Putnam Weale. These books have focused on problem, history, journalism and propaganda concerning China. They also provide some information about Chinese foreign relations and policy of the U.S. in China.
