The article presents information about various theatrical productions. An impressive amount of energy, enthusiasm, and talent has been lavished upon the production of drama "Beyond". Artist Helen Gahagan and Walter Able, interpreting the two characters who are the complete dramatis personae, speak their lines with what seems to be a nudging conviction of their importance, and they play with a statuesque dignity which constitutes a perfect achievement of the abstract style for which the play seems to call. At the Eltinge Theater Artist Lionel Barrymore is appearing with artist Irene Fenwick in the drama "The Piker." Two elaborate operettas have been produced recently. "China Rose" is extremely dull. "The Love Song" has a score based upon the music of Offenbach. It is lavish, brightly tuneful, and sometimes amusing.
