The article presents information about several books. "The Pan-German League, 1890-1914," by Mildred S. Wertheimer. "Les Preuves. Le Grime de Droit Commun; Le Crime Diploimattique," by Mathias Morhardt. "La Victoire," by Alfred Fabre-Luce. Miss Wertheimer's book is a painstaking and impartial investigation into all the relevant facts concerning the actual nature and activities of the Pan-German League, and is characteristically disruptive of the war-time mythology. Mathias Morhardt's work is the most damaging indictment yet drawn of Poincaré and his alleged primary responsibility for the outbreak of the World War.
