The article discusses several books, "Roux the Bandit," by André Chamson, "The Sun Cure," by Alfred Noyes, and "The Boroughmonger," by R.H. Mottram. Chamson's book is an account of regional literature. Noyes has deserted poetry long enough to state his playful reaction to one of mankind's latest health fads. Mottram has written an urbane tale of high finance in East Anglia during the first half of the last century.
