This article presents a list of books that are recently illustrated. Few of these books are, "Churches of France," a finely printed quarto volume of 179 pages, offers informal and non-technical descriptions of upwards of forty churches and cathedrals by Dorothy Noyes Arms. Ernestine Evans contributes an introduction to "The Frescoes of Diego Rivera." Another publication is "The Second New Yorker Album," a collection of more than 100 illustrations. Publishers "The Gluyas Williams Book" reproduces 80 pages of joyous cartoons originally contributed to the journals "Life" and "New Yorker."
